Shari Short is an RIAA-certified, multi-platinum-selling songwriter, producer, and recording artist whose career spans major-label releases, global pop and K-pop, film and television, advertising, and live performance. Her work has reached #1 on the Billboard Hot 100, and she has written for and collaborated with artists including Olivia Rodrigo, Miley Cyrus (Hannah Montana), Ariana Grande, Rita Ora, Sofía Reyes, Anitta, Lauv, and Armin van Buuren, among others.
Her international songwriting credits also extend to K-pop and Latin music, with artists including YooA, SHINee, CHUU, and DXMON, as well as Farina, Jhay Cortez, Gente de Zona, Emilia, Tinie Tempah, and James Arthur.
In addition to her work as a songwriter and producer, Shari spent two years touring as a background vocalist with Demi Lovato and currently fronts the indie rock/alternative band 3 One Oh.
A prolific creator with more than 6,600 song placements, Shari has extensive firsthand experience with the many ways songwriters’ work is licensed, distributed, and monetized.
